• 1. Member's Username, Password, and Security:
  During the registration process, you will create username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and for all activities occurring under your username and password. You agree to immediately alert BiBi of any unauthorized use of your username and password or any other breach of security. You agree to ensure that you properly exit the web site at the end of each session. BiBi cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these terms.

  • 2.1 You agree that your information and the items you offer for trade on BiBi-
    a) Will not be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items;
    b) Will not infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights of publicity or privacy;
    c) Will not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;

    j) Will be of the sole responsibility of you. This means you, not BiBi, are entirely responsible for all content (information, data, text, photographs, and/or graphics) you upload, post, e-mail, or otherwise transmit publicly or privately via our services.
  • 2.2 Items listed are text descriptions, graphics, and/or pictures on BiBi supplied by you that either describe an item you have and want to trade, or describe an item you are looking for. You may post either or both of these types of listings on BiBi, if you place such offers in an appropriate category. BiBi is not responsible for the accuracy or content of listings.
  • 2.3 BiBi corporate policies require that employees with access to confidential customer information may not use or disclose the information except for business use. All employees are required to safeguard such information, as specified in their confidentiality agreements with BiBi.
    On occasions we may assist a company that is not affiliated with BiBi in providing or offering a product or service to you. In such circumstances, marketing materials will include instructions on how you can request not to receive those communications in the future. In all cases your personal information is protected by a strict confidentiality agreement.
