1. BiBi reserves the right to issue the card as well as to cancel the registration.
2. If anyone is found guilty of the misuse of the D Card, they will be solely responsible for the consequences & for any legal actions, they will have to bear and neither BiBi nor any committee member shall be held responsible for the same.
3. D Card once issued cannot be canceled.
4. D Card is not transferable.
